Therapies offered are:

Massage
The power of touch is universal. From deep tissue to stretching the body removing the stress and strains of life. Ironing out the creases that affects our daily life.
 
Cranial Sacral Therapy
This healing art is used to assess the Body/Mind’s needs. Emotional Release and strengthening. Allows the body to let go of trauma which results in a greater degree of vitality and optimism .

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Strengthens the immune system and helps to expel toxins from the body. MLD regulates the fluid balance in the body as a result reduces oedema (fluid retention). MLD is often recommended for minor to major surgery to accelerate the healing process. This treatment is highly successful for the care of primary and secondary lymph oedema.

Chi Kung
This is an ancient Chinese healing Art for preventative and therapeutic health care. Probably the most powerful form of exercise yet involves little or no movement. Chi Kung clears the mind strengthens the nervous system cleanses and tones the internal organs.

Tai Chi
Originally a martial art. Tai chi has evolved into a healing art and a system of moving meditation. Each lesson will focus on different aspects of movement, beginning with balance and mastering basic stances through to moving in all directions finally integrating all the skills to achieve agility strength and grace

Yoga
India’s greatest gift to mankind. Developed more than five thousand years ago, Yoga aims to unite all the powers of the Body Mind and Soul and disciplines the intellect the emotions and the will enabling one to look at life in all aspects equanimity.

Pranayama
The regulation of the life energy force (Prana) through specific breathing techniques. Universal energy vibrates to a rhythm. The human body is a manifestation of this rhythm. When one is depleted stressed or ill the rhythm is disrupted. Regular practise ensures wellbeing and health.

Meditation
Calms and heals the mind. During meditation the rhythm of the brain slows down. Meditation develops clarity and positivity. Lowers blood pressure, Refreshes the mind.
